I collected my RYLO stand for the deep sleep pistol yesterday and composed a group shot of my props. Thanks Jason for the follower. The gun does shoot flames in the traditional manner.
And with my mask. I do want to make a robe but will likely never get around to it.
Very cool stuff Scott. That follower has somewhat more rounder edges than what I’ve seen in the past, what’s it made from?
I’m not entirely certain. The black top could be metal with a styrene bottom plate. Yep, folded metal top and styrene bottom cover.
The main body was formed from sheet metal, welded, then a styrene body. So that’s why the rounded edges. Looks great all together! I love the weathering on the blaster!!
The weathering is all natural. The pistol is better than twenty years old.

The glow plug switch is in that position. I’ve contemplated changing that for a long time.
