Since I couldn’t make it to New York, I drove 4 hours to Riverside Iowa for the day.

William Shatner comments on the Original Set.
Oh man…Mr. Shatner looks great! I love the look on James’ face…awesome! Great pic.
Love it, Mitch. I hope you had fun, I’m sorry we didn’t get to meet this time.
Seeing some of the video and pictures, it’s nice to see the completed bridge now. And I like that they kept the bridge lighting low when Shatner was there.
Wow!!! This is just fantastic!!! So cool and I’m so jealous that you all got to meet William Shatner and see him sitting in the captain’s chair after all these years. It’s so awesome that this all came together and thank you all for the great pictures and video!!!
My absolute favorite picture of the weekend,
A few pics from today. It was great seeing old friends… putting faces to names and making new friends!!!
Is the guy with the mustache his manager or something? He’s standing next to Shatner in a few of the photos/videos.
Wait. Karl- phase pistol-Karl? Was that you Friday night over pitza at the house? I did not make the connection. Crap. The guy with the PiCorder was me Brian. 2001 helmet Brian. We had so much to commiserate over.
Well it was great meeting you even though I did not know it was you.
James Cawley showed me this NBC Advanced Booklet that I have never seen after I showed him my 1966 NBC Press Kit of two pages. I was delighted to meet him several times being with the group.
Hi, phase-pistol-Karl here!
I was there Thursday night for dinner at the golf club, but had to bug out after my 11am Drexler tour. So I was not there for Shatner or pizza, sorry.
I did make it to the Bridge though!
Love this pic! Four of the world’s great Trek fans right there.
That’s Rich, head of Shatner’s security team along with myself and another gentleman.
