Looking for anything helpful or insightful, especially in getting hold of schematics for Mr. Flint’s Miniaturization Device prop (Requiem for Methuselah) https://youtu.be/h3peYrY9IsU?t=2m28s
The prop will actually be functional when finished. Flint’s Miniaturization Device is the prop intended to control any of the 100% accurate interior lighted 18" Enterprise model functions as an added flair to overall TOS project work.
Also, on the same topic, the unknown Brahm’s musical composition used in this episode has been transcribed by musical notation interpretation software. As soon as I get it, will post it here if the developer or originator has no objection and am attempting to locate the precise sheet music since this YouTube video displays only some snippets:
Recreator’s notes from video description:

_"From Star Trek TOS: Requiem for Methuselah composed by Ivan Ditmars. _
I’ve been looking for a recording of this beautiful music for 25 yrs… so I got together with one of my friends who happens to have the “chops” for this style and so we made our own recording. We used Amanda Lockworth’s transcode/transcription and recreated the song as it was played by mr spock.
Pianist" - Brian Jones
Additional note of interest: It is suspected that the script writers adapted thematically here and there from Shakespeare’s “The Tempest”, explaining some of Requiem for Methuselah’s initial creative inspiration, albeit with the quite different plot line prominently superimposed. This seemingly unrelated information can and does out to be useful when approaching a design’s scope, appropriate techniques, or triangulation against oftentimes unanswered questions.
