I’m sure a few of you know me and my Klingon personality, but if not, I’m John Harrington.
I’m a freelance graphic artist (who is also a stay at home dad) and Klingon “actor” (cosplay/roleplay). I’ve played the same character since his creation, way back when I was 15 (I turned 41 last week). Over the years I’ve contributed a lot of graphics, banners, decals, and many other printed medium to Trek fans all over the world. Heck, I even got to work with David Orange on his new head shots a few years ago! Mr. Orange played the drunk/sleepy Klingon who was stationed on the Morska listening post in ST6.
About 10 years ago while participating in a large Klingon fan club, I was tasked with acquiring images and information for costumes, props, make-up, and sets. Even though the club is no longer around, I still collect all that info to pass along to other Klingon fans. If anyone is planning on Klingon builds, hit me up, I have over a gig of stuff to share. I also helped Barb Healy over on her site (QuarksBarb) with graphics, labels, and prop identification. I also assisted her in many of her party decorations.
Anyways, you can head over to my gallery to see what I’ve worked on in the past. While I’m pretty good at assembling kits or locating found props, I’m here to learn and contribute.
