Lt.Washburn recommended this forum to me and suggested I share my blueprinting projects
First a little backstory to my projects -
Back in 2014, myself and other members of Trekbbs started pooling our saved images of star trek set room blueprints to form an archive on flickr. These images had been saved from around the web and also scanned from books. The archive is still updated as more blueprints are found.
We felt the archive was necessary as over time the various websites containing these images had vanished. We hoped that the archive would prove useful to people making fan art / productions.
However it became apparent that there were large gaps - often rooms would have only 1 sheet of many or no sheets at all. So I started two projects to figure out the missing dimensions of the standing sets of TNG and Voyager.
The Galaxy Project (version: 0.5.0):
- Shuttlebay (series 1 and 2 configuration)
- Shuttlebay (series 3 to 7 configuration)
- Reinforced door
- Corridors (Arches and braced corridor section)
- Set Dressing (Labels and control panels)
The Voyager Project (version 0.2.0):
- Standard doors / Doorways / Labels / Reinforced Doors
- Jefferies Junction
- Set Dressing: Labels and Control panels
I hope these projects are of use or interest
I've also written a little overview of how I make these blueprints
