So what is the best way to create water slide decals for the TMP tricorder?
I’m hoping someone here has actually done slide decals and can help advise on the best company to use.
I am working on a vacform kit of this tricorder and will be needing these.
Any advise will be greatly appreciated.
You will have to have these made. The inkjet paper home brew type give you a choice of either having white and no clear areas, or clear areas and no white.
Certain models of the old Alpine printers could print white so you could use a clear sheet and the printer would print the white portions. I believe that Paul over at Paragrafix has one still; you might contact him
So far no luck but I shall keep on looking.
Here’s the graphics if you have a way of printing on a decal sheet. You can buy inkjet decal material at Micro-Mart.
Here’s mine. It’s a old AIM kit. Never got around to putting on the brass washers or braids.
The problem with doing that is the printers that paper uses do not print white.
That’s right Scott. Can’t seem to find someone who can print the white lettering.
