OMG WHAT A WEEK END!!! Nan and I got home around midnight, completely spent. We had so much fun. I did not see as much of the con as I would have liked and I missed nearly every celeb who sat in the big chair but that doesn't matter. It was great just to be a part of the crew and meeting so many great people. The highlight was talking to all of the folks from here who stopped by. I've been fortunate to meet so many now over the years. I'm not into collecting autographs or meeting the stars, sure that's neat and all, but what really meant the most to me was connecting with my fellow prop lovers. Thank you so much.
I what go thank James Cawley for inviting Nancy and me to help with the booth. It was such an incredible experience. I can't express my gratitude enough. James you're the best.
Great pictures of the of the Galileo. Steve grabbed me yesterday morning and said we're going now. I'm glad he did too because we were practically the only ones at the display. Everyone else was probably going through the rest of the ship but we just made a bee line for the shuttle craft. It was awesome what can I say. We had some issues with how it's presented but that really didn't matter. We were like too kids, drooling and not wanting to ever leave. Getting to see the Galileo in person was icing on the cake. I'll post what pictures I took later.
