When I saw the model in person, the size and angle reminded me of my Yorkie.
Such amazing work Steve. I’m running out of adjectives here. I always thought that piece on the bottom dome was a sensor?no?
Tractor Beam perhaps?
Is “my Yorkie” a dog or code for something else! LOL!!
Okay guys it’s stating to sound like the TPZ around here. Sometimes a phaser canon is just a phaser canon.
Ok, I’ll behave if Rob does… Maybe…LOL
Forgive the insinuation, but don’t you think you are exaggerating about the size a bit?
I’d guess closer to 5.5 feet diameter for the nipple full-size, based on the scale.
Could be I’m guestimating.
The humble and very ruff beginnings of B and C Deck. The multi layered mostly hollow glue and oak cake.
I like this ruff beginning!
Nice RAW BC photo!
Cleaned up the lines on it. Now the glueing begins.
Each line in the diagram is a step in the wood. I’ll use this drawing as the guide for the angles to be rounded on it.
The bridge is drawn into place
I’m loving this build!! Keep up the good work and keep showing us your progress!
Pluggin’ right along- looks like fun, can’t wait for the next pics.
I feel like I’m building a wooden toilet seat.
Haha. That does bring up some, ah, interesting images.
That’s funny- that’s just what my son said when I showed him 20 min ago. “Butt” in a good way
Yah. I agree @pielock373 it would be perfect for long trips in your truck!
All kinds of amazing Steve! Great job!!!
