This grill material is still available today. The STNV use this through out all the sets. That is part of their comm station on the bridge and my newly finish earpiece snapped right in and fit the holder perfectly.
Your earpiece is great. Would you mind sharing the dimensions (disc diameters, disc spacing, overall length, etc)? I would also like to know where you got the silicon end piece?
I will take measurements when I get home.

Just checking in to see if you could post the measurements of your earpiece.
Understand that these are all custom fitted earpieces for each owner. Here's the impression I sent off to the lab of my left ear, without this the earpiece will not stay in your ear properly. I am opting for the hard clear acrylic like what was used on the originals.
