Psst, Wand Company, this could make an excellent Bluetooth follow up for your Bluetooth communicator.
Would still love to pick up an accurate replica of a TOS earpiece, perhaps with one exception if the mounting flange on TOS prop for custom ear molds is non-standard on the actual screen used earpieces.
Pictured here is a set of custom molded ear valves I had made up to allow excellent frequency response while protecting my hearing, any audiologist can make the impressions. My second set of higher attenuator valves also in the photo show the mounting button, I went with a darker color for higher attenuation, these can easily be swapped in place of the lower attenuation valves. The etymotic attenuation valves have a standard mount also used for many listening devices. A custom ear mold is certainly the best way to go and and if TOS earpieces are manufactured to mate with standardized attenuation valves or listening devices all the better. If not though I would be visiting my local audiologist to complete the prop.
