Party at Steve’s place! Woooo!
Congrats Steve and Dee Dee on the closing and some awesome retirement planning. As an additional bonus hurricane season doesn’t frequent Upstate New York.
Holy Batman… damn @pielock373 that spot looks gorgeous. Super happy for both of you. My ESPer factor must be up due to crossing the border of the galaxy last month. Big Congrats to you and Dee. One step ahead Stephen…always one step ahead…
Got that right!
As soon as we have something built on the property there will be party’s! There will be one room set up as a bunkhouse for sleep-overs for Kayaking and going to events up at Star Trek Tours. We are looking forward to entertaining our Trek friends!!
Dawn at the Lake last weekend just before sunrise.
View from the area the house will be. Of course we have some tree clearing to do. The lot is set up to have a South Eastern view.
That is so Awesome Steve.
Can’t wait to see it.
Its perfect…nice choice. South and East is so perfect. Passive solar and the morning sun and a great view.
Here is the current thoughts for the house. It will have a walkout basement under it on the down hill slope to the water.
Looks very nice. But why not make it a prop?
@Lt.Washburn you are a genius!
I second it!
Dormers in front only? cause if back is southern exposure thats some prime territory for solar panels IMHO. self install is pretty cheap.
Not a big fan of solar on roofs. hard to service too many roof penetrations.
That’s stunning, and very Adirondack-ey. Perfect.
Very nice but you can keep the winters.
What a beautiful and interesting home. Beautiful configuration of the windows on the side. Not something you’d find here California, perhaps to an extent in Tahoe and some other areas. I hope you have transporter pads somewhere! Ha, ha…
I couldnt help it @pielock373. Just had to do a visualization of a trek retirement home for you n Dee.
Don’t give him any ideas…
^^ Love it, an excellent idea for an outbuilding shop!
