Still.... I wanted two units for myself and a third as a gift. I prefer to order from ThinkGeek but they lost the sale because of the quantity limit. I dont want to have a separate transaction and shipping fee.

I pre-ordered from think-geek and I have the order number but it says it is to old to see it
contact them for older orders.
Anyone else get that; that ordered awhile ago?

The reason for the limitation is supplying the demand to the first set of countries distribution run , and the number of units they could physically produce , even though they are mass produced in China .

I got mine today , simply because I paid in advance and pre-ordered, (UK only)
Comes in a very Trekkie case , with a very nice slip carry case , stand and charger , first impressions it looks the business , the antenna wrist flip is sticking a bit , but that's because it's new , it needs a long charge before it wakes up , so no functions yet , but it does look straight out of the factory , I think I'll ' weather' mine a little, dirty it down a bit. I think this will make all the difference.

More when it's fully charged !

I got the same thing. That is the same phone number listed on the site. I am actually sitting at my desk right now with the phone to my ear. I dont mind since I am sitting here doing other work, but I have already been on hold for 16 min.

All I had to do was verify my order info. She said they start shipping tomorrow but they are going out in batches, so it could be more towards the end of the week.

I changed credit cards since I ordered it -- but I got the same note. Like Kertratz, I had a lengthy wait on the phone but eventually provided by new number....and now have my fingers crossed. Beam Me Up Scotty!
